Where we request information from you in order to provide our services and you do not provide the information that we have identified as necessary, we may not be able to assist you in requesting information from Savior Artigos Têxteis, Lda.

Retention of your data

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary in connection with our contract with you, to provide you with the services you have requested, or for product sales, such as compliance with law, regulation or other legal authority.

Due to our various record retention obligations, retention periods may differ. For example, we will keep a copy of your contact details if you declare your opposition to receiving direct marketing communications from us. In this case, we will add your data to our suppression list to ensure that you do not receive future marketing communications from us. In addition, we will not delete personal data if it is relevant to an investigation or litigation. Such data will be stored until these matters are fully resolved.

That said, we will apply the following criteria to determine retention periods:

    • how long the data will be needed to provide our services and conduct our business;
    • whether there are contractual or legal obligations that oblige us to retain data for a certain period;
    • whether an individual has agreed to a longer retention period;
    • whether the data is considered sensitive, in which case a shorter retention period will generally apply; and
    • what the expectation of retention was at the time the data was provided to us.

In all cases, we will continue to protect your personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Statement. We will also routinely update our information to ensure that it remains current.
